Can’t program it

I don't know how this functioned in the past but as now, there is no way to program this macropad. It is not recognized in either VIA or VIAL, and no firmware appears available. I found one on the actual manufacturer's website, but it still doesn't work. 6 hours spent trying different bootloaders, etc. No. Absolute and utter trash. Bought it from Drop. Am returning it to Drop. They tried to refuse. I threatened a lawsuit for selling an item that quite literally cannot be used. They decided to refund me. I sincerely hope no one ever buys this, or any other device from "Megalodon". BTW, if you actually go look the info up for this macropad, Keebmonkey themselves say it has no auto detect or VIA/VIAL support. Absolute and utter trash. Oh hey, and nice trick putting the rest function INSIDE of it, requiring a user to open it and void any possible warranty.

Great product once you've got it setup.
The trouble is, most of the instructions linked to do not work.

Took a while to actually figure out how to use this thing but it works perfectly once I did! -1 star for lack of instructions, but otherwise very pleased!

I am a book editor so I'm always scrolling through long documents and PDFs, and was getting carpel tunnel from the little mouse scroll wheel. This works well instead -- it's a little stiffer/harder to turn than ideal, but it still functions. The inner knob clicks, which wasn't clear from the description, but is a nice feature.
